| I'm 20 years old, been doing photography ever since a convention in my 5th grade year in school. I started the hobby to get closer to my grandpa; it really helped me get to know him better. He was then and still is a very large influence on my life. His attitude towards life taught me a lot about growing up and how to look at the world. We then started oil painting together, in which we painted twice. From then on I started painting with acrylics, and have tried a couple more oil paintings. I hope to go to school for photography and learn more about the art, but right now I'm just focusing on getting by with work. Maybe somewhere down the road I'll be able to go through a private art school; but right now I'm happy with my amateur work. I'm hoping to get into airbrushing as well. I bought an airbrush a little while ago to do some very simple stencils on shirts, but now I am waiting on funds for an air compressor. I have been doing musical work for 11 years now. I started playing piano, and quickly found my niche in drums and percussion. I've been in a couple bands, played some shows and have a lot of fun doing it. I know music will always be a huge part of my life, and I hope that it can stay open as a career option for me. I like doing commission work for people, and always welcome new ideas and critique. |
